Kitting, Assembly & Fulfillment Services
Esco Precision provides contract kitting, sub-assembly, full product assembly, and order fulfillment with managed supply chain — consolidating components into finished, inspected products delivered under a single part number, stocked and released on your schedule.
Beyond making individual components, Esco assembles them. Our kitting and assembly service gathers machined, molded, stamped, and purchased parts, then assembles, tests, and packages them so you receive a complete product rather than a bill of loose items. Consolidating fabrication and assembly with one supplier reduces your part count, purchase orders, incoming inspection, and inventory carrying cost.
Kitting groups the right parts in the right quantities into a single ready-to-use package — ideal for field-service kits, production line-side delivery, and maintenance sets. Assembly ranges from mechanical sub-assemblies and fastening to more involved builds with functional testing, serialization, and custom packaging to your specification.
Because we also manufacture many of the components in-house, we control quality and schedule across the whole build, and we manage outside vendors for the parts we do not make. Everything runs under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system, with documented work instructions and inspection at assembly.
Fulfillment closes the loop: we hold finished goods and kits in stock, manage inventory levels under vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and min/max stocking programs, release against blanket orders on your schedule, and ship direct to your production lines, distribution centers, or field locations with your labeling and packaging requirements.
The result is a leaner supply chain: one purchase order, one accountable supplier for a finished, tested, packaged product — delivered where and when you need it.

Frequently asked questions
What does contract kitting include?
Kitting gathers the right components in the right quantities into a single ready-to-use package — for field-service kits, line-side production delivery, or maintenance sets — so your team receives one part number instead of managing many.
Can you manage the supply chain for purchased parts?
Yes. We source and manage outside vendors for components we do not make in-house, then combine them with our machined, molded, and stamped parts into a finished build — reducing your purchase orders and incoming inspection.
Do you perform functional testing during assembly?
Yes. Assembly can include functional test, serialization, and custom packaging to your specification, all under documented work instructions and our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
How does kitting and assembly reduce my costs?
Consolidating fabrication and assembly with one supplier cuts your part count, purchase orders, incoming inspection, and inventory carrying cost — you place one order and receive one shipment of a complete, tested product.
Do you offer inventory stocking or VMI programs?
Yes. We hold finished goods and kits in stock under vendor-managed inventory and min/max programs, release against blanket orders on your schedule, and ship direct to your lines, distribution centers, or field locations.
